So i know im a bit late but here comes my trend report from the shows in Milan.
CROCO
Dear Crocodile we’re seeing you everwhere!
Everyone from MARNI (?) to Versace are using theese types of materials.
It’s refreshing to see Marni (wich is not the typical Croco-material user ) adding their Marni look to it.
Love it!
But my without-a-doubt favorite piece of the ones above are those knock-out gorgeous “boot-sandals” from Salvatore Ferragamo!
How freakin’ gorgeous are they? SO not for this country we live in. But a girl can dream!
CITRUS
What to say? an obvious trend for hot summer days! Yellowish tones are superb for the sun-kissed ones.
My Fav. look from the shows is the Maxi dress from Gucci but at a first glance it reminds me more of Lanvin (which i love)
BLOSSOM
Wow. This trend just shows the beauty and meaning of the word TREND.
A trend for me is to adapt something modern and current to YOUR own style.
Exacly what the big fashion houses from Milan are doing with the floral trend.
You can clearly see the differences here from Bottega Venetas lady like and super feminine style to Versus and Moschinos more girlish and playful floral looks. I just love that about Fashion and fashion trends.
The OPPORTUNITY to be a part of a big movement such as trends but doing it YOUR OWN way.
That for me is just the one right way.
